Social Media Associate

We’re searching for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing department to help with content creation and social media management. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow our brand identity in the construction and self storage marketplace.

The Role:

  • Develop social media strategies and plans to increase brand awareness and client engagement
  • Manage multiple social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Create captivating content on behalf of the business; this will include writing blogs, articles, creative posts and other multimedia content
  • Execute digital advertising campaigns leveraging social media platforms
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and digital platforms
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement
  • Monitor website traffic and metrics
  • Align with in-house marketing associate and support overall marketing strategy

Prerequisites:

  • Excellent GCSEs, A-levels or equivalent in social media/digital marketing or a relevant field
  • Creative flair
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and video editing software
  • A keen interest in social media management and in-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Operations Team at Kuboid. This is an exciting opportunity to help manage and develop various projects across UK & Europe.

The Role:

  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understanding CAD drawings
  • Ensuring all works are completed to defined deadlines
  • Clearly communicating project progress to all stakeholders
  • Managing and liaising with all the relevant parties to execute a project successfully

Prerequisites:

  • Flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written, IT, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Competent skills in Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

We are searching for an AutoCAD designer who wants the opportunity to progress, grow and learn new skills. You will be part of a business that has an excellent reputation in the industry, and work on various projects around the UK and Europe encompassing new builds, warehouse, barn, and office conversions.

Sales and Account Manager

Due to our Company’s growth an exciting opportunity has risen at Kuboid for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our vibrant and exciting Sales & Marketing Department. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, overseeing sales, facilitating inbound enquiries, and actively target prospects within the market.

The Role:

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally into Europe
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Collaborate effectively and positively with all other departments
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows and networking events
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Contribute to the Company’s sales strategy, improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage customer relationships and provide conflict resolution in a professional manner

Prerequisites:

  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be comfortable using own initiative and working unsupervised
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time
