When Ian of Container Self Store decide to set up his first facility, he initially contacted three providers and Kuboid were the first to get back in touch and arrange a site visit. Our responsiveness along with the fact we came highly recommended and were well advertised meant we ticked all his boxes.

Providing an all-in-one service, we carried out a site survey, designed the self storage facility plans and managed the construction, with Ian particularly impressed with our support on topics he knew little about, including fire regulations and planning permission. Throughout the whole process we held his hand all the way to the end, delivering a high quality self storage facility that when compared to others is “absolutely fantastic”.

Within six months of the site launch in 2021, Container Self Store became 52 per cent let and projections showed the site would be fully let within nine months. Ian is on target to recoup the money he invested in the business within two years and describes the return in his 10-20 year business plan as “monstrous”.
