Established in 1995, Easistore Founder and Managing Director Paul Glenister, saw an opportunity within the self storage market whilst working in the storage and materials handling industry and decided to start his own self storage business.

After 30 years of building self stores and expanding the Easistore brand, Paul decided to go back into the marketplace and due to customer demand, he wanted to add an extension to his Crawley store. Paul researched and contacted several self storage design and construction companies to help and advise him on bringing his vision to life. The team at Kuboid quickly impressed Paul, and he chose them as his self storage partner.

Since the site launch, the extension significantly enhanced the visibility of the building, and much quicker than expected – units started to fill. Paul couldn’t be happier with the finished project and wants to continue his partnership with Kuboid.

As of April 2023 Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest investment managers in the world, announced that it has acquired a high-quality self storage portfolio in the UK, from Easistore, on behalf of its European Value Add strategy.

Nuveen has partnered with one of the UK’s leading operators, Storage King, to leverage their operational expertise. The vendor was advised by Levy Real Estate.
